Job description

Monitor company cash flow, petty cash and bank accounts.
Manage customer and supplier debts; reconcile and follow up receivables.
Track inventory in-out-stock; join periodic stocktaking.
Record vouchers and invoices; coordinate with the tax service agency.
Prepare monthly/quarterly internal financial reports for the Board of Directors.

Requirements

College/University degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance.
2 years of general/internal accounting experience; trading or import-export companies preferred.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA or equivalent).
Honest, careful and highly responsible.

Income

10–15 million VND/month, negotiable.
