EUCHEM GLOBAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY specializes in importing and distributing premium fertilizers from countries with advanced agriculture such as Spain, Türkiye, Australia, Italy, Poland and South Korea. We are expanding our team and looking for long-term teammates.

Job description

• Source, evaluate and work with overseas suppliers (Europe, Middle East, Asia).
• Negotiate prices and payment terms; draft and follow up international contracts.
• Track production schedules, vessel bookings and import documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, CQ…).
• Work with forwarders on customs clearance and state quality inspection for imported fertilizers.
• Monitor inventory and plan purchase orders based on sales demand.

Requirements

• College/University degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Import-Export or related fields.
• 1–2 years of import purchasing experience; fertilizer/chemical/agriculture industry preferred.
• Good English for communication and email; another foreign language is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; careful, proactive, able to work under deadline pressure.

Income

• 12–18 million VND/month, negotiable based on ability and experience.
